The work uses citywide camera data to compare traffic patterns before and after the January 2025 policy change, with public visualizations, interactive maps, and a Hugging Face dataset for reproducibility and visualization of results. It extends the broader urban-perception line of work from individual intersections to city-scale policy analysis.
